The Little Authors Summer Writing Studio is more than just a writing class; it’s a creative sanctuary where kids transform from students into creators. This 6-week journey is specifically designed to engage children over the summer break by focusing on the magic of storytelling and the pride of authorship.
We believe that technical skills flourish when paired with imagination. Our curriculum seamlessly blends spelling and writing instruction with artistic expression.
Character & World Building: Students learn to design vibrant characters and create enchanted settings.
Instruction with Heart: We focus on the "Author's Toolkit," ensuring technical growth happens naturally through the joy of illustration.
Draft the Dream: Every child is guided through the process of building their very own short story book from scratch.
The program culminates in a special celebration of our authors' hard work. On the final evening, we host a Publishers’ Party and Gallery Walk, where students:
Proudly debut their original stories.
Celebrate achievements alongside their peers and family.
Transition home with the identity and confidence of a published author.
