The Little Readers Society: Kids Book Club Society

This book club is designed for children who are confidently reading short chapter books. It’s designed to grow fluency, comprehension, and a genuine love for reading.

Each week, children will:
πŸ“– Read sections of an engaging chapter book (included in the cost)
πŸ“ Work through a custom made comprehension journal at home and in class. Exploring character studies, making personal connections to the text, inferencing, finding examples of theme and much more!
🎨 Participate in group discussions, games, crafts, and activities to build critical thinking and writing skills
πŸ”‘ Receive targeted phonics instruction (including vowel teams and tricky word rules) to support decoding and fluency

More than just a reading group, this is a space to build community, make connections, and feel proud of growing as a reader.

Who it’s for:
βœ… Children ages 6–11 with solid decoding skills
βœ… Those ready to engage in chapter book reading
βœ… Kids who thrive with fun, structured support and peer discussion
