


The Little Readers Society: Kids Book Club Society
This book club is designed for children who are confidently reading short chapter books. Itβs designed to grow fluency, comprehension, and a genuine love for reading.
Each week, children will:
π Read sections of an engaging chapter book (included in the cost)
π Work through a custom made comprehension journal at home and in class. Exploring character studies, making personal connections to the text, inferencing, finding examples of theme and much more!
π¨ Participate in group discussions, games, crafts, and activities to build critical thinking and writing skills
π‘ Receive targeted phonics instruction (including vowel teams and tricky word rules) to support decoding and fluency
More than just a reading group, this is a space to build community, make connections, and feel proud of growing as a reader.
Who itβs for:

Children ages 6β11 with solid decoding skills
β
Those ready to engage in chapter book reading
β
Kids who thrive with fun, structured support and peer discussion
